  • What payment methods do you accept?
    Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, Master card, Delta and switch debit cards. We also accept Apple pay, Google Pay as well as Klarna if you wish to spread the cost of your purchases. Payments will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order by Ethnic Aisles. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Ethnic Aisles we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We take reasonable care to make our site as secure as we can make it. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. At Ethnic Aisles we do not hold your credit card details on the website or our customer database. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the site.
  • Are my purchases guaranteed?
    Insurance Ethnic Aisles ensures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. You will be asked to sign for any goods delivered at which point responsibility for the purchased goods passes to you. Tracking your Order Please feel free to call Ethnic Aisles at any time between 9.30 am - 5.15pm on 07821907989 and we will be able to give you information on how your order is progressing.
  • Can I collect my purchases in person?
    You are welcome to collect your order from us and avoid the delivery charge. All we ask is you arrange with us a mutually convenient time for collection. In order to protect both you and ourselves as much as possible from Covid-19, we are minimising contact during collection or delivery. We will not be handing over your package without the two meter rule. We will place your item at your door. Having knocked on your door, we will then step aside to a safe distance while you retrieve your item. This will ensure your item is delivered securely rather than being left outside. The same rule will applied when you collect from us.
  • When will my items be delivered?
    Upon receiving your order and subject to availability of stock we will dispatch your goods within one working day of your order, but usually the same day if before 2.00 pm. Receipt of your order will depend on the type of delivery service you chose at the point of order. Delivery is by Royal Mail Special Delivery, DPD, or Evri which guarantees next day delivery. Please note your parcel will need to be signed for. If you require a different delivery, please contact Ethnic Aisles on 01138084931 and we can discuss your needs.
