Shipping Policy

Dispatch of your Order

 

If your order is placed Monday to Thursday before 12 noon, your goods will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.  This is an overnight service.  Any Items ordered after 12 noon or on Friday. Saturday or Sunday will also be sent by the same method, but overnight delivery cannot be guaranteed. Should you need the item more urgently than this allows, please feel free to contact ethnicaisles.com on 07821907989 where the staff will be happy to discuss the options available.

Delivery

 

Upon receiving your order and subject to availability of stock we will dispatch your goods within one working day of your order, but usually the same day if before 2.00 pm.

 

Delivery is by special Royal Mail Delivery which guarantees next day delivery please note your parcel will need to be signed for.

You are welcome to collect your order from us and avoid the delivery charge.  All we ask is you arrange with us a mutually convenient time for collection.

Return & Exchange Policy

Guarantee and Returns Policy

 

You can return your non food order for any reason at any time within 03 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange. However, food items cannot be return and No refund or exchange on custom made orders as all orders are custom made to your size and specifications. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss.

Please allow a total of 14-20 days to receive custom made orders. In rare occasions where exact fabric or accessories is no longer available, we will let you know in advance before Starting work so you can select something similar or advise us how to proceed.

 

 

 How to return or exchange.

 

•1. Please take your parcel(s) to your nearest post office. We recommend that you send returns by recorded post. Always retain proof of postage. Goods are returned to Ethnic aisles at your own expense.

•2. We will email to confirm your return has been processed. You will receive your refund or credit or exchange order (when in stock) within 2 to 3 weeks after you post the goods back to us.

•3. Please note that refunds bought as presents can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to swap an item, we can't stop the payer knowing.

•4. All items returned to the UK and are liable to import duty and or taxes MUST be paid by the person returning the goods. Ethnic Aisles will only pay tax and duty if items are faulty.

•5. All items to be returned or exchanged must have a returns authorisation number. You must phone 07821907989 to obtain this number. This must be done within 7 days of receiving the goods.

•6. All items must be checked upon delivery before removing any attached tags, any fault must be notified within 24 hours to Ethnic Aisles on 07821907989.

 

 

Legal Statements on Returns

 

1, Returning any item within 14 days will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or relevant part of order)  Goods provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 14 day post delivery period has expired. On receipt of the returned goods Ethnic Aisles will give you a full refund of the amount of the goods (but not the postage) or an exchange or credit as required.  You must however, return the goods to Ethnic Aisles on cancellation in order to receive a full refund or exchange.  The goods must be in the condition in which you received them complete with tags and original packaging.  Orders collected from Ethnic Aisles incur a handling charge.

Fit and Size.

 

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order.  This email is not acceptance of the order, Ethnic Aisles reserve the right not to accept your order in the event for example that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn or that you do not meet eligibility criteria set out above.  Furthermore, we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at anytime at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party be reason of withdrawing any merchandise from the site whether or not that merchandise has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the site; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
